DeLeo is an animal lover.
In 2023, DeLeo ran a marathon on behalf of an organization called North Shore Animal League America. She posted a photo of herself and her dog to raise awareness for the cause, writing in the caption: “Any help you can give to this amazing organization will go a long way in saving so many animals. Please visit the link in my profile to help us reach our goal. Thank you, thank you, thank you ❤️.”
Not much is publicly known about DeLeo’s personal life, but some media outlets report that she is a former model.

In a 2016 interview with People magazine, Lacey revealed that she and DeLeo married in August 2015.
“I feel like I have someone who always has my back, even more than when I was just a boyfriend and a girlfriend,” he said of his newlywed life.
Shortly after, DeLeo posted a photo from their wedding day, an outdoor snapshot of her and Lacey with family and friends. She captioned the post: “Love everything. #tbt.”
DeLeo and Lacey appear to have known each other for years. She previously posted a photo of Lacey on a road trip in 2010.
