“Industry” is back in business.
Season 4 of the critically acclaimed drama series will be available on HBO and HBO Max on January 11th at 9pm ET. New episodes of the eight-episode season air weekly.
The new season’s logline reads: “Harper (Maihara) and Yasmin (Marisa Abela), who have reached the top of their game and are living the lives they set out as Pierpoint graduates, are caught up in a high-stakes, globetrotting cat-and-mouse game when a flashy fintech darling suddenly appears on the London scene. Yasmi N navigates his relationship with technology founder Sir Henry Mack (Kit Harington), Harper is drawn into the orbit of enigmatic executive Whitney Halberstrom (Max Minghella), and their twisted friendship begins to warp and flare up under the pressures of money, power, and the desire to be on top.
The emotional teaser trailer, set to a cover of Nina Simone’s “Lilac Wine,” features blood, smoking, dancing, kissing and sex. Harper and Yasmin have a confrontation at a bar.
“Industry” stars Maihara, Marisa Abela, Kit Harington, Ken Leung, Max Minghella, Miriam Petsce, Sagar Radia, Toheeb Jimoh, Charlie Heaton, Amy James-Kelly, Roger Berkeley, Andrew Havill, Kiernan Shipka, Kal Penn, Jack Farthing, Stephen Campbell Moore, Claire Forlani and Edward Holcroft.
The show is produced and written by Mickey Down and Conrad Kaye, who serve as executive producers along with Jane Tranter, Kate Krauser and Ryan Rasmussen of Bad Wolf Productions. Kathleen McCaffrey: Little Gems. and the BBC’s Rebecca Ferguson. Directors include Down & Kay, Michelle Saville and Luke Snellin.
