Britney Spears made a bold return to Instagram in a barely-there ensemble.
On Friday, days after deleting her account, the 43-year-old singer shared a screenshot of a video of herself in lingerie. In the image, she was seen standing outside the closet and grabbing the side of her underwear.
“So much has happened this year. It’s crazy…” she began in her long caption.
“I try to live within my means and the book ‘Draw the Circle’ provides a great perspective. Get your ballerina 🩰, draw a circle and own your boundaries.”
“It’s incredibly strict and it’s like a prayer of sorts, but there are so many endless possibilities in life that it’s important to be yourself and keep it simple. I know there are aspects that can be confusing. The devil is in the details, but we’ll get to that later 😳😂🤧,” she concluded.
Spears did not address her brief social media blackout, but the post came after she sparked family concerns and publicly clashed with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Not only did she recently release a video of herself dancing with bruises on her arms, she was also filmed late last month swerving in a dangerous direction while driving home after a night out with female friends.
Videos of Spears wandering into other lanes reportedly scared her loved ones, who compared her behavior to her pre-breakdown eccentricities in 2007, when she shaved her head.
“There are a lot of concerns. Everyone has always wanted what’s best for her and she’s now showing that she’s making the wrong choice,” a source told the Daily Mail at the time.
“It’s scary,” the source added. “So there’s a lot of discussion about what to do if something were to happen. How can we protect her from herself?”
The pop star has hit back in recent weeks, saying her money-hungry ex-lover is “trying to profit from[her]pain” after she revealed shocking accusations in her revealing memoir, “You Thought You Knew.”
The Grammy winner also claimed that the father of her two sons, Sean Preston and Jaden, “hates” her and must be “deeply angry to literally say what she’s saying.”
