Showgirls are out on the town!
Sabrina Carpenter, the opening artist for Taylor Swift and her Elas tour, enjoyed a glamorous girls’ night out in New York City on Friday, followed by a lavish dinner at a trendy SoHo restaurant.
The “Ophelia Destiny” superstar traded Kansas City Chiefs tight end fiance Travis Kelce for a night out on the town with fellow vocalist gal pals, just hours after Carpenter earned six Grammy nominations for her latest album, “Man’s Best Friend.”
The chart-topping duo, who teamed up on the title track of Swift’s 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl, released last month, were spotted strolling into The Corner Store, where a 12-ounce bone-in New York strip can be purchased for about $80.
The “Opalite” singer towered over her 5-foot-tall friend the “Manchild” pop star and turned heads in her red strappy platform heels, brown pleated sweater, navy vest and miniskirt.
Swift completed the chic fall look with a small brown handbag resting on her forearm, a gold bracelet and ring, and her dirty blonde hair partially pulled back and her signature red lips.
Carpenter, meanwhile, wore a beige trench coat over black pantyhose, paired with heels much smaller than Swift’s jaw-dropping platforms, and carried a black Chanel bag with her blonde hair draped over the jacket.
The pop powerhouse turned the streets red Friday morning after the “Please Please Please” singer won six Grammy Awards, including best record, song and album of the year, as well as best pop vocal album, best pop solo performance and best music video.
The 26-year-old “Nonsense” songbird won Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Pop Solo Performance at the 67th Grammy Awards in February.
Swift, 35, has been barred from the 2026 Grammy Awards, with her latest album being rejected after eligibility for the ceremony closed on February 1st. Instead, “The Life of a Showgirl” will be performed at the 2027 ceremony.
The Girl Meets World alum opened for Swift on her record-breaking tour from August 2023 to March 2024, and the two have been inseparable ever since.
The former Disney darling has long admired the 14-time Grammy Award-winning singer, reportedly even calling the “Shake It Off” singer one of her “best friends.”
Swift stepped out with Carpenter after the queen of pop spent two loving nights in the Big Apple with her NFL superstar fiancé.
The couple were spotted leaving her favorite members-only retreat, Zero Bond, on Thursday, before heading hand-in-hand to Polo Bar the following day for a cozy dinner date.
