Food Network’s Chopped creators Cleve Keller and Dave Noll have launched their latest cooking series, Countdown to Delicious: The YouTube Experience, on YouTube.
After the premiere, new episodes will be released every Wednesday for the next five weeks. The series consists of six half-hour episodes and follows celebrity chefs and social media influencers as they race against the clock to create quick and easy dishes, from entrees to desserts.
This release also includes 30 individual recipes that will be published over the coming months, a “Countdown to Delicious” short story, and a number of bonus features available only on “Countdown to Delicious: The YouTube Experience.”
“The audience on YouTube is huge,” Knoll said in a statement. “We hear that more than 100 million people around the world tune in every day, and their appetite for cooking shows never ends.”
Keller added, “This is a great series for YouTube, with five different recipes from five different cities per episode. It’s absolutely snack-y content. Plus, all five hosts are extremely talented and just really great people.”
Featured guests include Mr. Lovely, Food Network star and host chef of “Lovely Bites.” Food Network and Cooking Channel host and author Kelsey Nixon. Season 12 winner, “Food Network Star” chef Tregaye. Eddie Zamora, international food influencer and host of the podcast Kill the Bottle, and Eloise Head, cookbook author and media personality.
“Countdown to Delicious: The YouTube Experience” is executive produced by Keller/Noll, Maria Zadrima, Natalie Zadrima and John Heineman (Immaculata Media), along with Tara Fogarty Graziano, Andy Singer and Jen Tuma Young.
