Sean “Diddy” Combs celebrated his 56th birthday at Fort Dix, a federal correctional facility while serving a 50-month sentence after being convicted of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
On his birthday, Tuesday, Nov. 4, Diddy, along with other inmates, ate breakfast, lunch and dinner, consisting of cereal, pasta and pizza, according to the prison’s planned meal menu, which was available to the public.
Breakfast is served around 6:30am and includes a choice of fruit, bran flakes and breakfast cake or wholemeal bread and two jelly packs. The dish was accompanied by skim milk, margarine spread and a pack of sugar substitutes.
Lunch is served from 11am to 12pm and includes a choice of chicken parmesan or chickpea burger with a drink.
Lunch plates include pasta with marinara sauce and spinach, with your choice of garlic bread or whole wheat bread. Inmates also had the option of choosing fruit or dessert.

Dinner plates, served around 4:30 p.m., include a choice of cheese pizza or navy beans. These two were served with Italian pasta salad, green beans, and garden salad. Inmates were given a variety of dressing options and drinks.
The New Jersey Correctional Center’s commissary list offered him the option of purchasing sugary snacks. The list included cheesecake squares for $1.07, honey buns for $1.30, Pop-Tarts for $2.85, or a smorgasbord of cookies for $1.95 to $2.60.
One item not listed in the kiosk was applesauce, which Combs’ attorney and one witness testified he loved and used on his cheeseburgers.
Combs was transferred to FCI Fort Dix on October 30th and is staying in a dormitory-style cell with other inmates.
The correctional center, located on a military base about 60 miles outside Philadelphia, became Combs’ home after his attorney complained about conditions at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC).
They also requested that Combs be transferred to Fort Dix for access to a drug rehabilitation program.
The disgraced music mogul had been incarcerated at MDC since his arrest in September 2024.

Combs was sentenced to 50 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian in October after being convicted in July.
As of today’s writing, the Bureau of Prisons’ website lists Combs’ release date as May 8, 2028, suggesting he could be released earlier if he shows good behavior.

Combs’ attorney, Alexandra Shapiro, filed a two-page court document on Monday, Oct. 20, intending to appeal the conviction. On November 3, his expedited appeal was granted by U.S. Circuit Judge Beth Robinson. Oral arguments are scheduled to be held in April 2026.
