Waiting for Keanu Reeves.
One of his upset fans, who claims to be the actor’s “holy wife,” was captured by other attendees via TikTok confronting him after a Broadway show this weekend.
As the “Waiting for Godot” actress, 61, left the Hudson Theater and got into her car, a woman called out to him, asking people to “let her go.”
“It’s your divine wife!” she yelled, stopping people from approaching Reeves’ car.
As the SUV pulled away from the curb, the woman ran to the passenger side and grabbed the rear door handle.
“Don’t let them hurt me,” she said before being forcibly pulled away and thrown to the ground.
As the car drove away, the person ran after the car, yelling Reeves’ name.
Representatives for Mr. Reeves have not yet responded to Page Six’s request for comment.
The “Matrix” star went public with his romance with girlfriend Alexandra Grant, whom he met in 2009, in 2019.
Despite keeping their relationship mostly private, the duo has packed on PDA on red carpet date nights multiple times.
Mr. Grant gave rare insight into their movements in September 2023.
“He’s such an inspiration to me,” the visual artist enthused People magazine at the time. “He’s very creative, very kind. He works very hard.”
She added, “The good news about falling in love as an adult is that by the time we started dating, I had built my career.”
Last month, Grant shut down social media rumors that she and the musician were married.
“Thank you to everyone who celebrated our wedding,” the 52-year-old told her Instagram followers. “Good news is so sought after these days, but it’s still fake news, so be careful!”
