What you need to know
Carly Beibel and Brett Caprioni are back together!
Bybel shared the big news in a video celebrating her 35th birthday posted to her TikTok account on October 17th. The video begins with Kari, 35, walking towards a cake decorated with 25 birthday candles. After Brett, 37, comes into view and gives Kari a bouquet of roses, just before they hug, a mysterious man changes the number 2 candle to 3.
“Some love stories never end. They pause, grow, heal, and come back stronger,” Kali wrote in the video’s caption. “35 trips around the sun, and my journey begins again 🥹🎂🌹 Thank you for the growth, love, and all the great things that are yet to come. ✨ Cheers to 35 🥂.”
Brett gushed about their reunion in the comments. “It’s always been you!!! You deserve all the good things this world has to offer and I’m going to do everything in my power to give it to you,” he wrote. “I’m so grateful for the opportunity to love you!!! Cheers and happy birthday ❤”
According to Life & Style, the pair, who have known each other since kindergarten, began dating in 2013 when Kari was a beauty content creator on YouTube and Brett was a fitness creator. The two then amicably split in 2017, which Kari announced in a YouTube video.
“We broke up. I know, I’m sorry for the bad news. I know you’re probably upset, but please consider how I feel. It wasn’t fun and it’s not what I planned or thought would happen. But that’s the reality. I have so much respect for him as a person. And I know we’ll remain friends — hopefully forever — because we’ve been through so much together.
Brett joined Vanderpump Rules in Season 8 as Lisa Vanderpump’s personal trainer and waiter at SUR restaurant in West Hollywood. He was later fired from the show after a series of offensive social media posts resurfaced in 2020. He later apologized for his actions.

“It wasn’t okay then, and it’s not okay now,” Bret said on the Bravo series’ reunion special. “That’s something I deeply regret. And it was just like a joke, literally being in the same room and saying stupid things to each other. And it was a stupid thing to do. I’m moving forward and doing my best to be the best person I can be, and I try to emulate that in others.”
