Georgie and Mandy star Montana Jordan knows a thing or two about newlywed life, having just gotten married in real life.
The new season of the CBS sitcom sees Jordan and his wife Emily Osment reprise their roles as the famous duo from Georgie and Mandy’s First Wedding.
Season 2 follows Georgie Cooper (Jordan) and Mandy McAllister (Osment) as a newlywed couple who struggle to raise a family while overcoming their 12-year age difference and juggling new jobs. The couple will face additional challenges when they decide to move into McAllister’s parents’ home.
The CBS series, which is a sequel to Young Sheldon and a prequel to The Big Bang Theory, also features cameos from Mandy’s brother Connor McAllister (Dougie Baldwin) and Georgie’s mother Mary Cooper (Zoe Perry). When Mandy isn’t in the balance with her family, she spends time with her friend and co-worker Beth (Casey Wilson).
Jordan’s character on the show is trying to balance being a good father and a supportive partner, but he’s also learning new lessons in real life with his wife, Jenna Weeks, and their daughter. Meanwhile, Osment has been away from love life since divorcing ex-husband Jack Anthony in March 2025.

Montana Jordan, who reprises his role as Cooper on Young Sheldon, has been dating his wife Jenna Weeks since high school. The couple went public with their relationship when they became seniors in 2021.
In January 2024, Jordan and Weeks announced that they were expecting their first child. They welcomed their daughter, Emma Ray Jordan, in May of the same year.
“It’s been the best for me. There’s nothing better than that,” Jordan told PEOPLE in September 2024 about being a father. “There’s nothing like being a father.”
Jordan took the next step in their relationship in January 2025 by getting down on one knee and proposing to Weeks.
“All I can say is YES! 💍,” she captioned a photo of her proposing in the woods. “I can’t think of anyone more that I would love to spend the rest of my life with. Montana is an amazing father and a generous, kind and loving person that very few people can find. I’m so happy to be one of them.”
In June 2025, the couple held a “classic cowboy” themed wedding in their home state of Texas. “I wanted something that was country but elegant,” Weeks told PEOPLE.

Emily Osment, who plays Cooper’s older wife Mandy McAllister, is currently single since filing for divorce from ex-husband Jack Anthony in March 2025.
Osment filed the lawsuit on October 12, 2024, five months after they were married, citing irreconcilable differences. Their divorce was finalized three days later.
“I think when you make big decisions in your life, whether it’s a relationship, a job, or anything else, you have to put your foot in the door,” she said in a statement to PEOPLE at the time. “In the end, it didn’t work out.”
According to the Associated Press, Osment and Anthony’s divorce was finalized in September 2025 after a mandatory six-month waiting period.
Rachel Bay Jones and Benim Foster

Rachel Bay-Jones, who plays Mandy’s eccentric mother and Georgie’s strict stepmother, is dating actor Benim Foster.
Jones and Foster frequently share photos of themselves holding hands, working together, and getting along on vacation.
The actress also has a daughter named Miranda.
Will Sasso and Molly Drews

Will Sasso, who plays Mandy’s loving and caring father, married Molly Drews in December 2022.
Sasso shared a photo of herself holding a dog after the ceremony and announced her marriage four months later.
“Molly and I got married late last year. She has been my heart since we met and has shown me what true love is every day since. I don’t know anyone better. I’m such a lucky person. Love you forever, angel. ❤️,” he captioned the April 2023 post.
The couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary in December 2024, with Sasso posting on Facebook about his “smart, stunning, and hilarious” wife.

Zoe Perry, who reprises her role as Georgie’s mother Mary Cooper in Georgie and Mandy, married Gabu Tarabuthy in 2022.
Perry, whose parents are Jeff Perry and Laurie Metcalf, has kept a low profile and distanced herself from social media, keeping her relationship private.
However, she revealed during a Zoom charity event in March 2021 that Taraboorthy proposed to her by creating a custom video montage for her.
Casey Wilson and David Caspe

Wilson, who plays Mandy’s friend and colleague Beth, is married to David Caspe. The couple married in May 2014 after getting engaged the previous year.
Wilson and Caspe first hit it off after auditioning for Wilson’s hit comedy Happy Endings in 2010, and went on to co-star on the shows Marry Me and Black Monday.
Wilson and Kaspe have sons Max Redd and Henry Baer and daughter Frances “Frankie” Rose.
