Kendall Jenner is taking things slowly because of her history with Jacob Elordi.
The supermodel was “a little hesitant at first because of her friendship” with the “Frankenstein” actor, a source exclusively tells Page Six.
“They’ve known each other forever and run in the same circles,” the source said, noting that while the two have been together for years, their dynamic has “obviously changed recently.”
“In fact, they’ve been spending time together in silence for the past few months,” the source explained. “They’re just hanging out together more and seeing how it goes.”
Sources say the reality star is approaching the relationship cautiously.
“Kendall is taking things slowly because it’s a really private matter,” a source said. “She’s not the type to jump into things, especially with people she’s friends with.”
Jenner, 30, and Elordi, 28, have been in the same social circle for years, long before rumors of a romance broke out, and have even attended the same events together, including Jenner’s birthday celebration in Paris in 2022.
Officials said the 818 Tequila founder’s hesitations appear to be easing.
“She’s more open now,” the source added, noting that the two have “kept a pretty casual relationship at the moment, but there’s interest in that.”
The source continued, “It didn’t happen overnight. They’ve been spending more time together lately and it just happened.”
“It’s easy between them. There’s no pressure, just seeing what happens.”
This dynamic has also been helped by those in Jenner’s inner circle.
“Kylie[Jenner’s]is supportive of that,” the source said. “She also knows Jacob and thinks they’re a good fit.”
Representatives for Kendall and Elordi did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
As previously reported, the entrepreneur and the “Euphoria” actor first sparked dating rumors when Dumois reported that the two were “flirting around” and “infatuated with each other” at Justin Bieber’s Weekend One Coachella 2026 afterparty.
The Daily Mail reported earlier this week that the pair have been dating for two months, with Kendall’s sister Kylie, 28, acting as matchmaker.
Kendall has previously been linked with NBA stars Devin Booker, Bad Bunny and Harry Styles, while Elordi’s past relationships include Olivia Jade and Kaia Gerber.
