Brooke Hogan is focusing on her marriage, kids, and career comeback while getting over the death of her estranged father, Hulk Hogan.
The singer gave an update on his new life in an exclusive interview with Page Six following the release of a new Netflix documentary series about the late pro wrestling legend.
Brooke, who currently lives on Florida’s Treasure Coast with her husband and two babies, said she’s busy working on herself.
comeback career
“I’ve released new music. I’m just getting back on the label,” she shared, adding, “I have a whole album loaded and ready to rock and have been steadily releasing music.”
Brooke, 37, explained that she decided to return to her music career after her 2006 collaboration with Paul Wall, ‘About Us’, caused a ‘renaissance’ on TikTok and became a hit.
“It was really crazy because it really happened because of the fans,” she said. “The fans woke me up and dusted me off and said, ‘Brooke, come back.’
Brooke teased that she and Wall might reunite on a new album and create new versions of the smash tunes.
Outside of music, Brooke co-stars with Scott McGilvray on HGTV’s “Rock the Block.”
She also announced the launch of a new wine brand, House of Stars, telling Page Six: “I have always wanted to work in wine and talked to my father about this about 10 years ago. My mother’s family is from Rome, and my father’s family is from a small town called Abruzzo in Sicily, Italy.”
However, she claimed that she was “kind of blown away” by Hulk and decided to go solo into the world of drinking.
“I was like, ‘Okay, I don’t want to push or anything. So after he passed away, I was like, I really still want to do a wine line,'” she said.
Brooke described the Zinfandel-based blend as “really delicious” and “full-bodied.”
“I’m really excited for people to try it,” she said.
Mom knows best
Besides her many new ventures, the “Hogan Knows Best” alum also has her hands full caring for her 1-year-old twins, Oliver and Molly, who she welcomed with husband Steven Oleksi in January 2025.
“It’s so much fun,” she said of motherhood. “There’s something very special about twins. I feel that if God has rewarded me for all the hardships I’ve gone through in life, it’s because of my husband and children.”
Brooke really enjoyed watching the siblings interact.
“It’s so adorable watching them. They’re just starting to understand who each other is,” she revealed. “They’ll catch each other’s eyes and smile at each other.”
Their home in Florida is completely baby-safe, she said.
“I’m an interior designer, but my house doesn’t look like an interior designer lives there,” she joked. “Everything is baby safe. No decorations.”
Brooke has fallen out with her brother Nick, but she wants her children to be “close to each other.”
“Me and my brother have been very close for years. You know, it stinks. When families separate, as I always say, the brothers suffer the most,” she said, referring to Hulk’s divorce from his mother, Linda Hogan, and her estrangement from Brooke.
“Because of the love triangle and the craziness, that’s the relationship that hurts the most,” she continued. “But I really want my kids to be around because I love them so much.”
married life
Raising her children with her NHL player husband has been the greatest gift for Brooke.
“He’s running around me in circles,” she gushed. “I call him St. Stephen because he is an absolute savior. He changed my life. He is a really good person.”
Oleksiy and Brooke tied the knot on June 8, 2022, but kept it a secret from Hulk and Linda (whom he was married to from 1983 to 2009) due to their estrangement.
documentary program finds
Brooke was unable to come to terms with her father’s death and has yet to make amends with her brother and mother.
For this reason, she chose not to participate in Netflix’s shocking documentary series Hulk Hogan: The Real American (Hulk’s last interview before his death), which was released on April 22, 2026.
“I personally decided not to participate because I felt that if you were to make a documentary, let’s say my dad was making a documentary, he would call up people he knew and say, ‘Hey, Linda, I’m making a documentary. Can you talk for me?'” “Hey, Nick, would you be willing to make a documentary?” Can you talk to me about things? ” she said. “And no matter how much people follow my dad or love him, when he calls and says, ‘You have a chance to be on TV,’ people’s attitudes change instantly.”
she continued. “All of a sudden they were active, you know, Team Hogan. And I just didn’t want to be a part of something that just felt…I guess I didn’t want to be with people who had seen me switch up.”
All Brooke can do, she said, is tell her story.
against his will
But Brooke said that while she would like to have a say in her father’s estate, she is not willing to do so after it was written in disregard of her father’s will. (It is worth noting that Nick was named the sole heir to the WWE star’s estate after Brooke asked not to be included in the heirs).
She admitted to Page Six that she regrets the decision made under the will, not because she didn’t get a piece of her father’s nearly $5 million estate, but because she didn’t have a seat at the table.
“It’s not about money. It’s about doing the right thing and making sure (Hulk) is represented in the right way and that his legacy lives on in the most positive way,” she said. “So there are definitely some things I would have done differently if I had gone back to that seat.”
Brooke had previously expressed doubts about the cause of her father’s death, but explained that she could not make “any decisions”.
“After my father’s death, I can’t do anything to help him, to find answers, to get revenge on him in any way. It’s even more of a nightmare because the people I really wanted to run away from are now running the show,” she said.
family drama
Although Brooke has had a fractious relationship with her parents and has made accusations of abuse, she said she has empathy for them.
“You know, there’s a lot of good and bad that I’ve experienced, not just with my dad, but with my whole family…direct and far-reaching,” she said.
Brooke admitted that their “family drama” is rooted in Linda and Hulks’ harsh childhoods.
“I’ve been trying to… go back and empathize with my mom and dad and their upbringing and try to be a cycle breaker at this point and not participate in things that don’t feel true to me,” she said. “And please speak only from my heart and my experience, understanding that you can’t really judge because you don’t know.”
Brooke said she’s always “working on (herself).”
“It’s about accountability and expecting accountability from other people,” she says.
Despite all the hardships, the Hulk still holds a special place in Brooke’s heart.
“I think everyone clearly understands that I was my father’s protector and loved him more than anything,” she said.
