West Wilson is setting the record straight on the “actual timeline” of his and Amanda Batula’s shocking romance.
The “Show Me Something” co-host appeared on the podcast again on Monday to discuss the drama with Sophie Cunningham.
“There was no overlap,” the “Summer House” star, 31, insisted. “I know there’s a thousand different theories out there right now, but that’s certainly one thing that didn’t happen.”
The Bravolebrities went even further, claiming they were “all single” when they started dating Batula, 34.
“We realized in February that the situation might be a bit serious, and that’s when it all started,” he explained. “There’s nothing more to it than that.”
Wilson defended Batula, who “beared the brunt” of online comments from people who “hate to talk about,” but he acknowledged that their bombshell relationship “hurt people[they]care about.”
The reality star said she “hasn’t heard back from everyone” she sent text messages from the cast.
“I understand,” he told podcast listeners. “But with the reunion coming up, we can apologize face-to-face and resolve any sticky issues.”
Regarding Wilson’s condition, he quipped, “It’s getting better.”
“Obviously, a lot has happened in a very short period of time. (I’m) trying to take it one day at a time and stay away from my phone, but the internet is a very scary place,” Wilson said.
Rumors began circulating in March that Batula and her best friend Ciara Miller’s ex-boyfriend were in a relationship.
The two confirmed their “relationship” in a joint statement on their Instagram Stories late last month, and Page Six reported that they were in a “serious relationship.”
When Wilson and Batula’s secret was exposed, it was heard that Wilson had been in an “exclusive” relationship with a woman named Maya Moreno.
Sources said Wilson assured Moreno, who he publicly refers to as the “Montana girl,” that rumors about him and Batula were just speculation.
Representatives for Wilson and Batula did not respond to Page Six’s requests for comment at the time.
Batula has not spoken publicly about the scandal, other than saying earlier this month on social media that she had returned to “some sense of normalcy,” but she has flaunted their romance in multiple public appearances, from movie nights to Yankee Stadium PDA.
In an interview with Glamor magazine published last week, Miller slammed the couple’s “preparedness” for betrayal.
“At the end of the day, a man is a man. Whether West and I are working on a relationship or not, we can’t ignore men,” the 30-year-old nurse, who dated Wilson in 2023, said Friday.
“I never expected that to come from someone like Amanda. Amanda was something I felt in my circle and in my corner for a long time.”
Batula’s estranged husband, Kyle Cooke, made headlines over the weekend after he commented on a baseball game with ex-boyfriend Wilson with a barf emoji.
“I wasn’t ready to see it. No, no, no,” he wrote on Instagram.
The Loverboy creator split from Batula late last year and was recently photographed locking lips with Real Housewives of Orange County alum Meghan King.
