Tristan Thompson is responding to Khloe Kardashian’s request.
While being interviewed on the former NBA player’s podcast “Chloe in Wonderland” on Thursday, the former NBA player revealed the reality star’s role in his vasectomy.
During the episode, Kardashian, 31, asked Thompson, 35, if she “wanted to have more children in the future,” to which the former athlete replied, “I think we’ve agreed to two fetuses.”
“That means if I have more children, it will come from you. I already have enough baby mothers. I don’t want any more. …I don’t want any more children, unless they come from Chloe’s unborn child.”
Among other things, Thompson is a proud parent to 8-year-old daughter True and 3-year-old son Tatum with Kardashian, and is also father to sons Prince, 9, and Theo, 4, with Jordan Craig and Maralee Nichols, respectively.
The Good American co-creator called Thompson’s steps “wise,” adding that a “little ultimatum” from her “helped” Thompson make “that decision.”
Thompson asked, “What? Are we going to neuter him? Sometimes we have to put him on the table.”
Thompson didn’t elaborate further, but admitted she was “stubborn” and “a little headstrong at times.”
“Sometimes you have to make the right decision,” the former Cleveland Cavaliers player quipped.
Kardashian told listeners that she “legally” owns the embryos because Thompson signed over them to her.

However, Kardashian said Thompson was “saving his sperm” in case he wanted to get married and start a family with his future wife.
“So that’s what we did,” Kardashian said. “Because we can reverse that.”
Despite the surgery being “very quick”, Ms Thompson insisted: “No, I’m not, no, I’m not going to lie on that table again.”
Kardashian and Thompson began dating in 2016 and were pregnant with True two years later.
Days before the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star was due to give birth, footage of her then-boyfriend dating another woman was leaked.
At the time, Page Six exclusively reported that the entrepreneur was “out of control” and “devastated.”
Despite the infidelity, Thompson was present at her daughter’s birth, and the two reconciled a month later.
However, Thompson was caught kissing Kylie Jenner’s then-best friend Jordyn Woods at a party the following year.
Although he and Kardashian called it quits, they mended things in July 2020.
In 2021, Instagram model Sydney Chase claimed to have dated Thompson, which led to another breakup with Kardashian, but their breakup didn’t last long.
“We’re doing great. We’re in a really good place, actually. We just got back together,” Kardashian confessed during an episode of the family show.
The rekindled romance didn’t last long, and Kardashian ended the relationship in December of the same year after Nichols accused Thompson of fathering her child.
Ms Thompson initially denied the claims, but later admitted the baby was hers.
At the time, Kardashian and Thompson were already expecting their second child through a surrogate.
Since the headline-grabbing paternity scandal, Kardashian and Thompson have remained amicable co-parents.
