The premiere date for Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 4 has been officially announced on Paramount+.
Season 4 of the sci-fi show will premiere on July 23rd, with new episodes airing weekly thereafter until the final episode on September 24th. A new teaser for the season has also been released. You can see it below. The announcement was made during the Paramount+ Thunder Stage presentation at CCXP in Mexico.
As previously reported, Strange New Worlds has already been renewed for season 5, which will be the show’s last season.
The official logline for season 4 states, “The USS, led by Captain Christopher Pike (Anson Mount), The crew of the Enterprise embark on a series of thrilling and emotional adventures across the stars, battling inner demons and external threats, encountering colorful new characters, reuniting with familiar faces, and confronting terrifying aliens, all while trying to embrace a bright and hopeful future.
In addition to Mount, the cast also includes Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, Jess Bush, Christina Chong, Celia Rose Gooding, Melissa Navia, Babs Olusanmokun, Martin Quinn, and guest stars Carol Kane and Paul Wesley.
Akiva Goldsman and Henry Alonso Myers will serve as co-showrunners and executive producers. Alex Kurtzman, Aaron Bears, Dana Hogan, Alan McElroy, Robbie Thompson, Frank Siracusa, John Weber, Chris Fisher, Mount, Rod Roddenberry and Trevor Ross also serve as executive producers. The series is produced by CBS Studios, Secret Hideout, and Roddenberry Entertainment.
