Tom Holland loves movies, so he really enjoyed the press circuits for both The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day.いつもそうだったわけではありません。
On the July 22 episode of the Dish Podcast, Holland spoke with hosts Nick Grimshaw and Angela Hartnett about the press cycle surrounding movies and how he sometimes has to bring up projects he doesn’t particularly like.
“I really like it. When you do press for a movie that you’re really proud of, it’s really easy,” he said. “Because when you’re asked why people should go see this movie, you’re not lying to anyone. I really feel that people should go see this movie. I’ve had experiences before where people have said, ‘Why should I go see this movie?'” And in the back of your mind, you’re thinking, ‘This is crap, so you shouldn’t.’ ”
「正直に言うと、ちょっとしたビクトリーラップのような気分だ」とホランドは語った。 “It was really fun. I’m very proud of both films.”
In the interview, Holland also revealed that he learned more about reporting techniques from his Odyssey co-star Anne Hathaway.
“It’s been a pleasure to sit down with Anne Hathaway and do press with her for the last three days,” he said. 「私にとって、それは素晴らしい学習体験でした。彼女は本当にプロです。」
