At Summer Game Fest, founded by Geoff Keighley, the man behind the Game Awards, known as the “Oscars of gaming,” an excited fan walked past Grammy winner Zedd and instead stopped to ask Assassin’s Creed creator Patrice Desiree for a photo.

“Tupac’s estate, his son, and I have worked very closely together. It made sense to have him in this game because his likeness and his spirit lives on,” Snoop told the crowd, to thunderous applause. He also gave an update on his studio, Death Row Games, and promised a world of hip-hop games with further announcements in the coming months.
‘Community’ star Yvette Nicole Brown appeared with ‘Yellowjackets’ star Liv Hewson to talk about the new animated series ‘Among Us’, which is based on the viral game of the same name that featured the memorable ‘Knives Out: The Glass Onion’ scene. (Can we get more meta?)

Among the biggest game announcements during SGF were the Resident Evil: Veronica remake, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin (the first project from Paramount Skydance’s integrated in-house studio), and Final Fantasy VII: Revelation.
