Ryan Reynolds supports Blake Lively.
After making headlines over her reconciliation with Justin Baldoni, she paid tribute to her mother on Instagram over the weekend on Mother’s Day, praising her “fearless” wife.
“I am immeasurably grateful to this mother,” the “Deadpool” star, 49, told his followers on Sunday. “She’s kind. She’s fearless. She’s the absolute love of my life.”
He last mentioned their children, James, 11, Ines, 9, Betty, 6, and Orrin, 3.
“For our four little children, she is their love life,” Reynolds exclaimed.
Although the Story upload did not include any photos of the couple’s siblings, who are out of the spotlight, Reynolds did share two photos of herself and Lively.
The Green Lantern co-stars, who married in 2012, hugged each other at Niagara Falls in one photo and sat side by side on patio chairs in another.
Reynolds’ post came a week after Lively settled her and Baldoni’s bombshell lawsuit.
The Gossip Girl alum accused Baldoni, 42, of sexual harassment and attempts to damage her reputation in December 2024.
The following month, she sued her It Ends with Us co-star, and the two were set to go to trial on May 18th.
But their contentious legal battle came to a shocking end on May 4, when former colleagues released a statement.
“The final product, ‘It Ends with Us,’ is a source of pride for all of us who worked to bring it to life. … We acknowledge that the process was not without its challenges, and recognize that the concerns raised by Ms. Lively deserve to be heard,” they wrote.
A joint statement said the two countries “remain firmly committed to a workplace free of injustice and counterproductive environments.”
Neither Mr. Lively nor Mr. Baldoni made a penny in the settlement, but their lawyers made $6 million.
But their legal woes aren’t over, as Lively is seeking attorney fees and damages over Baldoni’s $400 million counterclaim, which was dismissed last year.
Lively’s lawyers said Lively, who attended the Met Gala after the settlement, considers the outcome a “huge victory.”
Meanwhile, Baldoni’s lawyer denied this, asking what a “defeat” would be, since Lively “sued $300 million and ended up getting nothing.”
Reynolds has not yet spoken directly about the settlement, but he and Lively have been on a united front since the legal battle began.
