“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice’s daughter Milania has been arrested on domestic violence charges, Page Six has confirmed.
The 20-year-old college student was charged on May 14 with “causing bodily harm” and “simple assault,” according to court records.
Records show Milania was taken into custody by the Montville County Sheriff’s Office after the incident occurred around 6:12 p.m. local time.
Milania was scheduled to appear in court on May 19, but no argument was given. The Sun newspaper was the first to report the news.
Representatives for the Giudice family and Bravo could not immediately be reached for comment.
Teresa, 54, shares Milania, daughters Gia, 25, Gabriella, 22, and Audriana, 16, with ex-husband Joe Giudice.
The former lovebirds were married from 1999 to 2020, and the Bravo star married her second husband Luis Ruelas in 2022.
Milania has remained active on social media since her arrest, even sharing a TikTok on the day of the incident.
She modeled sweatpants and a letterman jacket in the video, which features audio calling her a “young and beautiful diva.”
After some time away, she returned to social media to wish her mother a happy birthday.
“Happy Birthday to my favorite person in the world!!!” she wrote on Instagram on May 18, along with a photo of herself with the Bravo star. “You are the most beautiful, I love you so much, mom 🩷🩷.”
In addition, University of Tampa students attended official sophomore classes on May 26 before ending the academic year earlier this year.
Milania is also living a carefree life, enjoying a tropical vacation in a secluded location.
“Never coming back 🌴,” she captioned a sultry bikini snap.
Milania has come into contact with the law before, including in a car accident in May 2024. In the process, she collided with another car, damaging her Mercedes-Benz convertible.
According to TMZ, both sides argued over who was at fault, but a police officer sided with Milania, saying the collision was caused by the other driver’s “inattention and failure to yield the right of way.”
