Pete Davidson desperately tried to sell the house he shared with Elsie Hewitt before they broke up.
The comedian originally listed his sprawling home in North Salem, New York, on February 14th for $2.495 million.
Page Six can exclusively confirm that he lowered the price to $2.275 million on March 9th and again to $2.15 million on April 27th in order to quickly unload the residence.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom pad remains on the market despite a $345,000 price reduction, public records show.
Davidson originally put the home on the market in September 2025 for $3.5 million, but ended up renting out the 2,300-foot mansion briefly for $15,000 before relisting it in February.
Described by the listing as a “truly magical setting,” the home boasts six acres of land, views of the pond, gardens with private terraces, and amenities including a sauna, wine cellar, cold plunge tub, hot tub, and gym.
Ms. Davidson, 32, and Ms. Hewitt, 30, called the rural abode that the Staten Island native purchased for $2 million in June 2023 home when she became pregnant with their daughter Scottie in December 2025.
Hewitt has posted various photos of her home, including her pregnancy announcement on Instagram.
The model also posted a photo of herself holding her young child inside her country home with a beautiful landscape in the background.
In another post, coffee is brewed in the gourmet kitchen, which features everything from granite countertops to custom backlit cabinetry.
“It’s literally like living in paradise,” Davidson told Mansion Global of living in North Salem. “One of the things I hated about living in the city all my life was waking up to so much noise, whether it was trash being picked up, people fighting, neighbors, things going on on the street.”
“In North Salem, I woke up naturally and didn’t feel anything. That was the most special feeling.”
The “Saturday Night Live” alum and model told the show that she wanted to be closer to her family and moved into a Brooklyn apartment with her daughter after putting her house on the market.
The US Sun reported that Davidson sold his waterfront Staten Island condo for a huge loss of $400,000. The deal was finalized just days before the newspaper reported on the couple’s breakup.
“Pete traveled a lot for work, but Elsie wanted more support from him at home after her daughter was born,” a source claimed to the publication. “It was very difficult for him because he has to work to earn money.”
Another source added that they are “100% focused on Scottie” and are “figuring out the best co-parenting solution.”
Page Six reported earlier this month that the couple was “working through relationship struggles.”
Representatives for Davidson and Hewitt did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment on their breakup.
The “King of Staten Island” star began dating the model in March 2025.
Hewitt, who was previously rumored to be dating Jason Sudeikis and Benny Blanco, announced her pregnancy with Davidson in an Instagram post in July 2025.
“Well everyone knows we had sex,” she captioned a merry-go-round of images. They welcomed their daughter on December 12th.
