Pete Davidson and girlfriend Elsie Hewitt are “currently going through relationship struggles,” Page Six has learned.
A source familiar with the matter said Friday that the couple is trying to work things out, but noted that the fate of their relationship remains “uncertain.”
But the comedian, 32, and the model and actress, 30, are reportedly “committed to prioritizing” their four-month-old daughter Scottie, who was born in December 2025.
Our source also noted that Davidson and Hewitt, who are “still sober,” are both experiencing first-time parenthood, so it’s a “very layered situation” and is being handled with “extreme care.”
Representatives for the star did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
In March 2025, Page Six broke the news that the “Saturday Night Live” alum was dating someone new, who we described as “completely different from anyone I’ve ever dated.”
We then revealed Hewitt’s identity, and the two made their relationship official on Instagram shortly thereafter.
The two later attended Dave Navarro’s wedding in Scotland and sat courtside at a New York Knicks game.
They started living together and soon became pregnant.
Hewitt cheekily captioned the duo’s announcement on Instagram in July: “Now everyone knows we had sex.”
Davidson then appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” and passionately said, “It’s my dream to become a father, so I’m really excited. Elsie is excited too. I can’t wait to see her become a mother, and we’re excited too.”
Hewitt celebrated a baby shower in late November, a few weeks before she and Davidson welcomed their “perfect angel baby girl.”
The London-born food influencer penned a powerful essay for Elle in which she explained the “layered” thought process behind her choice not to breastfeed Scotty.
“My body is biologically programmed to nourish my baby, and denying it can feel like going against something ancient, instinctual, and deeply beautiful,” Hewitt wrote.
“That guilt doesn’t go away just because formula is safe, healthy, and nutritionally complete. I still have to remind myself, and sometimes literally, that being mentally and emotionally okay and being a good mother are inseparable.”
Hewitt also explained that she didn’t want breastfeeding to “hinder[her]recovery and leave little room for shared breastfeeding,” and Davidson supported her decision.
