Ex-girlfriends Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis reunited at their 9-year-old daughter Daisy’s graduation, just days after the Ted Lasso star’s candid confession about dating.
On Thursday, the former flame was seen leaving a graduation ceremony with his daughter in Los Angeles, chatting and smiling.
Sudeikis wore a blue and cream striped shirt and matching cargo shorts, while Wilde opted for a blue sweater, jeans, and sunglasses.
Daisy put on her graduation lei and walked between her parents.
Sudeikis and Wilde also have a son, Otis, 12, but he was not present.
The two, who first began their romance in 2011, ended their seven-year engagement in November 2020. Two months later, Wilde began dating Harry Styles, before they announced their breakup in 2022.
The actress was recently linked to Ellie Goulding’s ex-husband, Caspar Jopling.
In 2021, Sudeikis admitted he was confused about his breakup with Wilde.
At the time, he told GQ, “In a year I’ll understand the why better, and in two years I’ll be even better, and in five years I’ll be even better. And it’ll be a chapter, a paragraph, a line, a word, a doodle, out of the book of my life.”
Six years later, Sudeikis now feels “overwhelmed” by the dating scene.
‘Horrible Bosses’ appeared on the ‘Friends Keep Secrets’ podcast earlier this week and confirmed he is single.
“I’m not at a point in my life where I find it fun or fulfilling to date too many people at once,” he said, but added that it was “daunting.”
The comedian is also in no hurry to build relationships.
“Whoever I date…as the showbiz saying goes, they’re never going to be number one on the call sheet,” Sudeikis continued. “The kids do.”
“Then, as you get older, sometimes you think, ‘Oh, I have to make sure my cup is full so everyone else’s is full.’
