On May 9, Kylie Jenner shared a new TikTok “GRWM” post detailing the process of preparing for a special date night. In the post, the star was flying from Los Angeles to New York City on a private jet.
“Get ready for a date night in New York,” she shared. “This trip was last minute and literally took about 24 hours.”
She didn’t say exactly when the TikTok was taken, but added the hashtag “Draft” to the caption, hinting that it was older. She and boyfriend Timothée Chalamet were spotted at a Knicks game at Madison Square Garden in New York on May 6, which appears to be a reference to her night with the actor.
In the video, Jenner talks about makeup, getting her hair done for the trip and revealing that she got a spray tan. “We’re in New York! It’s a day! I can’t believe I did this. I’m so excited,” Jenner told the camera from her car as she arrived.
Last month, the beauty founder offered an interview on the premiere episode of Big Brother with Kid Cudi and spoke briefly about her boyfriend. After the rapper was asked about Chalamet’s favorite movie, she said, “It’s hard because I really love all of them. ‘Call Me By Your Name’ is pretty perfect. And I really love Dune[the movie]. I’ve seen ‘Wonka’ like seven times.”
She also talked a little bit about fame and how she deals with being in the spotlight, saying, “I think it’s just protecting the things that I think need protection, which is relationships. I’m just trying to protect myself and I think I have a really thick skin, and I really need that. I kind of know that if there’s a bad story or something, it’s going to come and go.”
