Jennifer Aniston is strutting her stuff while paying homage to classic Friends character Rachel Green.
The Morning Show star, 56, arrived at Elle’s Women in Hollywood event on Monday, Nov. 17, as one of the outlet’s honorees, and her look did not disappoint.
That night, the Emmy winner pulled out one of her signature black dresses (she loves it so much that she even enlisted co-star Reese Witherspoon in the style for the Season 4 premiere of The Morning Show in September).

Aniston’s full-length vintage Ralph Lauren dress featured a halter neckline and added a romantic touch with layers of glitter. She wore her hair in her signature middle part and let her golden locks fall over her shoulders.
Her look may be a nod to her iconic Friends character Rachel Green, who worked as a buyer for Ralph Lauren on the sitcom
Aniston also isn’t shy about showing off some of Rachel’s most talked about hair moments.
She recently spoke with Elle about her famous choppy shoulder-length hairstyle called the “Rachel.”
“It’s been a beautiful six months of 30 years,” she told the magazine about the throwback style becoming a style phenomenon.
She expressed similar sentiments in a 2013 conversation with Marie Claire, saying at the time, “‘Rachel’ was…horrifying…high maintenance.”

Aniston posed solo on Monday’s red carpet, but Elle reports that Aniston’s boyfriend, hypnotherapist Jim Curtis, was also scheduled to attend the event with her.
PEOPLE confirmed in July that the two are dating, and earlier this month a source said Aniston is “very happy and in a great situation” with Curtis.
“She’s glowing. Everything in her life is going well and she’s excited about it. Jim is the best,” a source tells PEOPLE. “Her friends love him. He’s calm, very warm and incredibly supportive. He’s brought a really steady, positive energy into her life.”
Curtis is “fascinated by her career as an actress and businesswoman and loves being around to support her,” the source said.
“He’s a great fit with her friends. He’s outgoing, easy-going, and everyone loves being with him,” the source added, noting that Aniston is “having fun” with Curtis. “Everything feels light, natural, and so good. That’s exactly where she wants to be right now.”
