Both the reality star and the Formula 1 driver gave a glimpse of their trip to Lake Powell, Arizona via their Instagram Stories on Monday.
The Skims creator, 45, shared footage from a boat ride with his followers, followed by an epic photo of a giant rock formation.
Hamilton also shared a similar nature photo and a video of himself jogging without a shirt on.
The couple’s vacation became a hot topic over the weekend after TMZ obtained footage of them walking together toward a parked SUV.
The outlet claimed that the two posed for a sunset selfie.
Last month, news broke that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum was dating Hamilton after years of friendship.
Since then, the pair have flown to the Cotswolds and dined together in Paris.
The two made their first public appearance at the 2026 Super Bowl in February, but Hamilton subsequently dodged questions about the businessman.
“This is my personal life,” the athlete told reporters in Bahrain. “We’re not talking about that.”
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star gently launched Hamilton by including his laugh in the background of a playful Instagram video with her sisters Kylie Jenner and Khloé Kardashian.
She has not yet spoken publicly about her new romance.
A source recently revealed to Page Six that the “power couple” were “in the same circles” before their relationship became platonic.
“(Hamilton) is one of the sweetest guys around,” the source said. “She is a very kind, open-minded and sincere person.”
Since her third marriage to Kanye West ended in 2022, Kardashian has been romantically linked to Pete Davidson and Odell Beckham Jr.
As for Hamilton, his A-list of dates includes Nicole Scherzinger and Sofia Vergara.
