Have you ever wondered what your favorite celebrities are reading? Whether it’s timeless classics or trendy bestsellers you can’t put down, welcome to Page-Turners. Here are the books from stars that will captivate, inspire, and keep you up all night. Warning: Your TBR pile will get long soon.

Jennie Garth has always been drawn to books that “tell the truth.”

The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum told Page Six that truth can be “someone brave enough to share their story, a book that gives you life advice when you need it, or a fictional story that quietly teaches you something about yourself.”

Garth, whose new memoir, I Choose Me, is out now, added that her favorite books always “make me feel less alone, help me grow, and stay with me long after I turn the last page.”

Read below for Garth’s six must-read books.

book cover "i choose me" Written by Jenny Garth. Features a black and white portrait of a smiling Garth.

“Writing this book was a deeply personal journey for me. It’s everything I learned about coming back to yourself after a life change, redefining who you want to be, and continuing to pursue joy. An honest book about motherhood, loss, reinvention, and all the ways we grow through hardship. This is a reminder to me, and hopefully a reminder to you too, that choosing yourself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary. It’s about finding your purpose, loving yourself fiercely, and having the courage to create a life that’s truly yours.”

book cover "pious" Written by David Archuleta. There is a black and white photo of Archuleta's face.

“This book is incredibly honest and vulnerable. It’s about faith, identity, and finding the courage to be true to yourself, even in times of fear and uncertainty. It’s for anyone who’s ever questioned their path or who they really are. I think anyone who has ever tried to figure out who they are can relate to his story. Ultimately, it’s about letting go of who you thought you were supposed to be and finding who you really are. I found myself rooting for David the whole time!”

book cover "Pivot Year: 365 days to become who you really want to be" Written by Brianna Wiest.

“‘The Pivot Year’ is one of those books that makes you feel like you’re meeting exactly where you are right now. It’s made up of short, thoughtful daily reflections, and I find myself coming back to it whenever I need to ground myself a little or change my perspective. ‘The Pivot Year’ really speaks to those moments in your life when you know in your heart that something needs to change, even if you don’t quite know what that looks like yet.”

book cover "what is right" Created by Paul Conti, M.D., it features a bright yellow background with multicolored lines radiating out from the center.

“This book really changes the way you think about mental health because it asks you to look at what’s actually going on inside of you, instead of always focusing on the problem. It has a lot to say about understanding yourself, your patterns, and how to develop a healthier relationship with your mind. I loved the idea that we all already have the ability to move towards peace, contentment, and meaning, we just need to be curious and ask ourselves how.”

book cover illustration "sister outsider" A painting by Audre Lorde depicting a woman wearing a yellow headband against an orange sun.

“Sister Outsider is a beautiful collection of Audre Lorde’s essays and speeches. Reading it really opened my eyes to what it would be like to walk in her shoes and see the world through her experiences. Her writing is honest, powerful, and truly beautiful. So I was able to listen and think deeply, and I found myself thinking a lot about women around the world who are interested in exploring their own identities, women who are walking with courage, and what it means to truly stand in your own truth.”

book cover illustration "Women running with wolves" Written by Clarissa Pinkola Estes.

“I never get tired of learning about other women and their journeys, and this book is a treasure for that. Clarissa Pinkola Estes dives into the world of myths, stories, and the wildness that lies within us all, tapping into instinct, strength, and creativity.” It shows you how to bring it back. Reading this book feels like sitting with a wise friend who reminds you that your untamed self is powerful and necessary. This is one of those books that is moving, profound, and will stay with you forever.”
