Harrison Ford flaunted his ripped physique in a low-cut cycling bib while riding his bike in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon.
The “Shrinking” star’s muscular arms were on full display as he braved the Southern California heat while going out alone.
He was photographed reaching into his backpack to put on a white T-shirt to match his black shorts, black riding shoes and sunglasses.
Ford, 83, donned a white helmet and black gloves, hopped on his bike and took off.
The actor has been staying fit for decades and recently shared how he stays fit with the help of fitness trainer Jamie Mills.
Ford previously told Men’s Health how Milnes designs workouts around dumbbells and medicine balls to create core and full-body conditioning routines.
“I believe in training for injury prevention first and foremost,” he said. “I’m an old fart and I need to protect myself.”
But the “Indiana Jones” star enjoys staying active outside of the gym, like riding her bike and playing tennis.
“I’m physically active,” he previously said in another interview. “I’m doing a little work at the gym.”
When it comes to diet, Ford spoke candidly about his mediocre daily diet and how he cut out meat and dairy.
In a 2020 interview on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” he admitted that he eats “almost nothing” other than vegetables and fish.
“It’s really boring,” the “Witness” star said.
“I just decided I was tired of eating meat, and I know it’s not good for the planet and it’s not good for me,” Ford said of his decision.
Ford also thrilled fans by going shirtless when he reprized his role as Indiana Jones in Dial.
“I’m blessed with this body,” he joked while promoting the film.
