Hank Azaria isn’t on good terms with Taylor Swift.
The actor slammed the pop star’s presence at Game 4 of the NBA Finals on Wednesday night, calling out all the A-list New York Knicks fans (including himself) who were rejected from Madison Square Garden’s celebrity line.
“I’ll tell you what, it was Taylor Swift that bothered me,” the “Simpsons” star said on “The Dan Le Batard Show” on Thursday. “Come.”
“I know she’s the biggest thing in the world, but I had to sit with her all through the NFL (to see her fiancé, Travis Kelce) and now she’s in the Garden. Come on,” Azaria complained.
Swift, 62, further emphasized that she was “tired” of the songwriter, and blamed him for taking over four courtside seats for herself, security, and friends Este Haim and Alana Haim.
In particular, Azaria got special seats to watch the New York-based team’s historic victory over the San Antonio Spurs, which were “high up in the ceiling, in the so-called Cisco suite.”
He claimed DJ Questlove, “The Office” alum Rainn Wilson, actor Ed Burns, model Christy Turlington, “Succession” alum Jeremy Strong and MLB player Aaron Judge are also “held in the rafters.”
Azaria said the “demand is so high” that unless you’re “Ben Stiller or Tracy Morgan” or Spike Lee, “who I think is actually paying for it,” “the Garden won’t tell you if you’ll be able to get in until that day.”
The Emmy winner was “unable to attend” Game 3 on Monday, so he purchased “prohibitively expensive” tickets for Game 4, which were ultimately given to two friends as “lavish gifts” once Azaria learned of his empty seat.
When Azaria saw her suite, she regretted giving up her “great seats” to her friends, but “I couldn’t trade them.”
Nevertheless, the Tony nominees got to see the biggest upset in NBA Finals history, with the Knicks defeating the Spurs 107-106.
“Throughout the second half of the game, when they were having this weird, gradual, limp comeback, I was too nervous to commit to the reality that it might happen enough to scream about it,” he recalled. “I just stood there with my hands on my head and my mouth open because I didn’t really want to breathe.”
In addition to Swift and the Haim sisters, stars including Mariska Hargitay, Adam Sandler, Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner sat courtside.
Azalea isn’t the only one to publicly bash Swift, with Charlamagne the God also demanding that the “Welcome to New York” singer be “ejected” from the arena in a fiery diss.
Meanwhile, Dave Portnoy went on a rant about how “disgusted” he was with Grammy winners, slamming “nasty” attendees including Sidney Sweeney and Jerry Seinfeld.
Notably, Swift is set to marry Kelsey at MSG next month.
The Kansas City Chiefs player, 36, was in minicamp and missed Wednesday’s Knicks game with his partner, but he flew to New York City the next day to attend the Songwriters Hall of Fame induction ceremony.
