A warrant was issued after Eminem’s ex-wife Kim Scott failed to appear at a DUI hearing, Page Six confirmed Wednesday.
Scott, formerly known as Kim Mathers, was scheduled to appear before Judge William H. Hackel III in Michigan’s Macomb County District Court on Wednesday morning, but did not show up.
Page Six confirmed as of Wednesday afternoon that she had not yet been arrested.
Her bond is set at $10,000.
Scott, 51, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence on May 14 at the Macomb County Jail in Mount Clemens, Michigan.
Detective Sergeant Joseph Feld of the Chesterfield Township Police Department told TMZ at the time that Scott was driving through a Detroit neighborhood the night before when he was struck by a car.
Police do not know where she is going or from where she is going, and no injuries were reported.
Scott looked unfamiliar as he smiled in his mug shot. She was released from prison shortly after her arrest.
Her arrest came just three days after she appeared in court on similar charges, pleading no contest to impaired driving and failure to report an accident that occurred in February.
Scott was allegedly out with his son Parker and his friends when they crashed into a parked car.
Instead of stopping, she drove home, where she crashed into her garage door, a neighbor claimed to TMZ. She was taken to the hospital and reportedly suffered minor injuries.
In body camera footage, authorities are seen finding bottles inside her car that allegedly contain soda and alcohol. She was also seen taking a breathalyzer test.
Scott and Eminem had a tumultuous relationship, marrying in 1999 and divorcing two years later.
The two then remarried in January 2006, but Eminem filed for divorce three months later.
Kim Scott and the “Lose Yourself” rapper have a biological daughter, Hailey Jade Mathers, 30. Eminem has also adopted Scott’s niece, Alaina Marie Scott, 33, and Scott’s child from another relationship, Stevie Lane Scott, 24.
Scott welcomed Parker after his last divorce from Eminem.
