The Beckhams are raking it in.
David Beckham and Victoria Beckham have a combined net worth of an estimated $1.58 billion, according to the Sunday Times Richest People of 2026, published on Friday.
The couple have four children and have reportedly doubled their net worth from last year’s estimated $666 million.
The stunning new results have made David, 51, the first British billionaire athlete to be crowned.
He and Victoria, 52, are the second richest sports figures on the list after F1 founder Bernie Ecclestone (worth $2.66 billion).
The soccer star’s huge profits last year mainly came from his role as an investor in MLS team Inter Miami CF.
His 26% stake in the organization is worth nearly $400 million, a number that reportedly skyrocketed after the team signed Lionel Messi in 2023.
David and Victoria also earned income from real estate investments, including an approximately $80 million home in Miami, a $66 million residence in London’s Holland Park, and a $26 million property in Great Tew, a village near England’s Cotswold Hills.
The couple also owns a superyacht worth more than $20 million, the newspaper said.
In addition, David runs multiple businesses, from wellness brand IM8 to healthy children’s snack brand Beeup.
As a young man, David played soccer for 20 years and earned hundreds of millions of dollars from partnerships with brands such as Adidas and H&M.
Meanwhile, Victoria became wealthy as a member of the Spice Girls and founded her eponymous fashion empire in 2008.
Reuters reported last year that the fashion brand was worth about $700 million.
Andy Milligan, an author and media consultant who wrote a 2024 book examining David’s cultural impact, Bend It Like Beckham, told The Sunday Times that the couple “always had an ambitious long-term strategy” beyond David’s football career and Victoria’s music career.
“They were identifying areas that would develop over time,” Milligan explained to the outlet. “But what they were very good at was putting commercial structures in place to monetize.”
Milligan also credited the Beckhams with getting an edge in business by “getting some really good advice along the way and being savvy enough to take it.”
“These are two people who both come from environments where hard work is valued and are determined to make the most of the talents they have been given,” he said.
David and Victoria’s massive net worth is, among other things, identical to that of Nelson Peltz and Claudia Hefner Peltz, the parents of their estranged son Brooklyn Beckham’s wife Nicola Peltz.
