Country singer Tyler Farr suffered a “severe concussion” in a farm accident and was forced to cancel a performance.
The musician was scheduled to perform at the Goshen Stampede in Connecticut on Saturday, but event organizers announced a change of plans hours before the performance.
“Following a car accident on a farm, Tyler Farr was taken to a local hospital where he was diagnosed with a severe concussion,” a statement on Instagram read.
“Tyler Farr will not be performing at the Goshen Stampede on June 13, 2026. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and will share additional event information as it becomes available. We wish Tyler a speedy recovery.”
The venue subsequently confirmed that David Foster and the All Stars would perform instead.
“The Goshen Stampede is going full steam ahead with all its events. We’re looking forward to two huge rodeos, truck pulls, monster trucks, delicious food, carnival rides, and a dirty, country atmosphere full of family fun. Gates open today at 11 a.m. Let’s rodeo!” they concluded.
The songwriter has not yet released any updates on his condition.
He reshared the Goshen Stampede post on his Instagram Stories, but did not elaborate on the situation.
Farr’s representatives did not immediately respond to Page Six for comment.
The 42-year-old rose to fame in 2012 with his debut single “Hot Mess.” The following year, they released their first album, Redneck Crazy.
Farr married his longtime girlfriend Hannah Freeman on October 10, 2016.
His most recent performance took place on June 9th at SiriusXM’s The Music Row Happy Hour in Nashville, Tennessee.
