This time they weren’t taking any chances.
Back in 2023, Page Six reported that private club Casa Cipriani disciplined some of its members for taking photos of Taylor Swift on a date with then-beau Matti Healy at a spot in the Financial District.
However, we hear that when Swift arrived on Friday, the club checked to see if there were any such issues with its members who were happy with the snap.
Before the “Shake It Off” superstar arrived with fiance Travis Kelce last week, some guests relaxing on the club’s terrace heard they were told, without explanation, to put their phones in their pockets.
“I couldn’t even use it to check email,” the spy said. “But no one knew why.”
But when Swift, Kelsey, and a group of friends arrived, everything came into focus. And in the end, they didn’t stop there.
Apparently, the canopy was leaking, and the famous couple didn’t like the idea of an impromptu shower, so they ducked inside and spent some time at the waterfront venue’s chic jazz club.
In 2023, when photos of Swift and Healy at the club surfaced online, at least three members were found to have their cards revoked for violating the club’s strict no-photography policy.
