Roman Seymour is not the jealous type.
The Big Brother 28 star exclusively told Page Six that she’s not concerned that her showman partner Lyric Medeiros has been “cheating” with new Head of Household (HoH) Cam Kirk since his eviction.
“Before we left, I said to her, ‘If you want to really get along with the other side of the house, you have to use the pretty damsel in distress, because they’re going to eat this ‘hero idea’ for lunch,” Seymour, 28, explained.
“She’s very smart and very good at being her cute, lovey-dovey self,” he added.
The pickleball coach claimed that “the flirting doesn’t bother (him) at all” because he knows Medeiros is “playing the game.”
He also pointed out that on Sunday’s episode, Medeiros made it clear that he was still committed to their relationship.
“She was like, ‘I love Roma, but I have to play my hardest in this game,'” Seymour said. “And I support that 100 percent.”
Additionally, Seymour acknowledged that he was not upset that the remaining council members, except for Taylor Brown, put Medeiros on the ballot.
“I told Lyric beforehand, ‘Whatever you have to do to get the benefit of the other half of the house and be there, I want you to do it. I know it means a landslide and I’m going to lose, but I’m not going to be upset if you vote me out,'” he explained.
But Seymour admitted she was caught off guard when the results came in.
“When I heard 12-1, I thought, ‘Okay, maybe she threw my advice out the window and voted for me anyway,'” he said.
“Then I heard it was Taylor and I was like, ‘Taylor has always put 10 toes down and been loyal to the cause. She was one of the first people to say, ‘Hey, I’ve got your back.'” And when she went on the block, I told her the same thing. ”
Despite the eviction, Seymour said he continues to follow all the drama live-streamed, including Monday night’s fight between Jason De Puy and Kirk.
“It’s pretty much what happened to me the other night on nomination night,” Seymour explained. “I think Jason handled himself really well. I think he’s a great player. I wish I could be there and stand with him and really show him that he has the support.”
