Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner skipped tonight’s Emmy Awards. Chalamet was snatched in one category where he was qualified. The actor is filming Dune.
Timote Chalamett and his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, made headlines for their awards show appearances earlier this year, especially at the Oscars. But the couple is sitting at Emmy tonight. And there’s a good reason. The actor was not nominated for an award. Chalamet was snubled in one category he qualified for. He is the best guest actor in his comedy series of works, hosting Saturday Night Live.
Chalamet is also outside the US, filming part 3 of Dunes: Hungary. In mid-August, people reported that production would also move to Jordan and Abu Dhabi.
Sources detailed how Jenner and Chalamet maintain a long-distance relationship during that period. “Timothy’s schedule is strict and there is very little downtime,” the source explained to people. “But they’re making it work. They’re facing most days. They miss each other and they’re totally fine.”
Jenner traveled in August to see Chalamett. The couple was photographed at a coffee shop in Budapest on August 19th.
On August 21, sources told Weekly that Jenner and Chalamet, who have been dating for over two years, “adore each other.”
Chalamet brings her “a calm and stable feeling she hasn’t always had in the past,” the source said. “(Timote) Kylie becomes herself and there is no pressure from either of them,” the source added. “They understand the same sense of humor and two different lives. It just works. Even in their prominent careers, their ability to keep things understated made the connection feel even more authentic.”
