Blake Lively denied issuing a subpoena to Megin Kelly as part of her continued legal feud with Justin Bardoni.
“At the time of this lawsuit, Ms. Lively served as a subpoena at Megyn Kelly,” the actress spokesman said on Saturday, page 6 after Kelly claimed otherwise.
Her representatives added: “Mr. Lively continues to pursue her findings to prove her case of Justin Bardoni, Jed Wallace, Melissa Nathan and the Wayfarer Party retaliated against her for opposing the harassment she experienced in her complaints.”
The spokesman adds, “Searching for evidence through discovery is a normal part of the litigation process.”
Earlier this week, Kelly shared with the public for the first time on a SiriusXM show where Lively allegedly summoned her, but claimed that her lawyers had won a move to dismiss it.
“Megyn Kelly Show” host, 54, continued to call the “It’ll end with us” star, 37, “Narcissistic bully,” saying, “Blake Lively couldn’t assume you really developed a real spinning against her, so she claimed that Bardoni was said to be against her.”
Kelly admitted that she and Bardoni share the same lawyer, Brian Friedman, but emphasized that he “dominates” news reports of the case.
The former Fox news anchor also accused Lively of allegations that she was rewarded as part of a smear campaign to damage the reputation of “Gossip Girl” alumni.
“News Flash, Blake: I came completely organically to those conclusions,” Kelly said. “Don’t give you your strength, lover. It was you! It was you who made me unable to stand you. It had nothing to do with it.”
Kelly’s representative declined to request page 6’s comment, but it appears that longtime reporters have debated whether the vibrant subpoena have resulted in semantics.
Deadline reported Thursday that a vibrant summoned Red Seat Ventures, the company that hired journalists and her staff.
“The typical Break Live obfuscates again in an attempt to avoid embarrassment from her own inappropriate behaviour,” Kelly explained to the outlet. “She had recently hired me and my show staff and summoned a company that specifically named me and my show, seeking documents, correspondence, contracts and more about her, Justin Bardoni and their lawsuits.”
Lively has also summoned other media personalities and content creators, including right-wing activist and commentator Candace Owens and infamous blogger Perez Hilton, in the legal battle of “It Ending Us.”
Hilton, 47, recently told Page 6 that he had no choice but to represent himself in the matter, as hiring an attorney would be a financial sacrifice. A hearing for his subpoena dismissal is set for September 2nd.
Lively has sued Baldoni for sexual harassment and retaliation, naming his Wayfarer Studios and Publicists as co-defendants.
Director 41 repeatedly denied allegations of his previous co-stars and filed a $400 million countersuit against her and husband Ryan Reynolds for honour and horror. However, the case was shockingly dumped by a judge in June.
The two stars are scheduled to face off in court in March 2026.
