Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelly Wolf, was released from Utah Prison after his arrest, allegedly sharing his phone number on social media.
According to documents obtained by People, the reality TV star was released from the Summit County Jail on Thursday, just before 4pm local time.
She was booked two days ago on suspicion of e-disclosure of personal identification and electronic communications harassment, a spokesperson for the Summit County Sheriff’s Office told the outlet.
The three mothers, now involved in a controversial divorce with a “Five Party” alum, are charged with two Class B misdemeanors and are held on $5,000 bonds.
According to the outlet, conditions for the “real world” alumni release include refraining from contacting potential witnesses in the case. The document also states that Kelly is “committed to participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavioral, psychological or psychiatric treatments.
She must also refrain from consuming “alcohol, narcotics or other controlled substances unless prescribed by a licensed practitioner.”
Additionally, the actor 57 applied for a new restraining order against his estranged wife 48 on Thursday.
According to documents obtained by the outlet, the incident report states that Scott (identified as “claimer and victim.”
After the actor received a “barrel of calls and text messages from unknown people,” the wolf housing response officer looked at Kelly’s Instagram account and found that she had revealed his personal phone number to her account.
Response officers estimated in the report that Scott received “for 24 calls and multiple texts in the first 10 minutes from the first call.”
Scott said the phone number was “his personal phone and he used to communicate with the child, which is causing him a lot of confusion.”
The officers then visited Kelly’s current residence, but the author only spoke to law enforcement “through the window of the open front porch.”
Kelly “anti-accepted” when faced with accusations of popularizing Scott’s phone number, according to the report.
Law enforcement wrote in the report that they had “possible causes” for her arrest and advised her to “come outside” so that she could take her into custody.
The reality television personality is said to have taken “more than an hour” to turn from bathrobes to clothing before being arrested and taken to the Summit County Jail for booking.
Kelly told her side of her story, which unfolded through Instagram stories.
“The police are in my house to arrest me. I don’t know why. Deputy Norton said I have to obey. “I’m not committed suicide. I’m not dangerous to anyone. I didn’t do anything. I’m very scared. I’m very confused.”
She further wrote, “I have no mental illness, no drugs, no arrests, no speeding tickets!!!” And along with the side of the post, he says, “Fight for me!!!”
Scott and Kelly’s representatives did not immediately return a page 6 request for comments regarding Kelly’s release from prison.
Scott and the MTV personality, who married in 2004, share children Jackson, 16, Miller, 12 and 11. Scott has only temporary custody of the child.
On Friday, Kelly was taken into police custody and claimed he was placed in a second involuntary hold in July after live streaming to Utah Hospital in June that he was “arrested against.”
Scott originally filed for divorce from his 21-year-old wife on June 10th.
