In one shot, she showed off her custom Artifiex Fine Jewelry Engagement Ring, a large diamond set in a complex gold band.
Ann Grimmett, vice president of merchandising at Jared Jewellers, broke some of the ring details. “Taylor Swift’s ring has a romantic, dreamy heirloom look,” she said. “It’s a traditional thing with modern talent. The stone in the center looks like a long mine cushion cut of 7-9 carats, bezel set set in 18k yellow gold.
She also estimates that the ring will cost around $250,000-$500,000. And Grimmett says it’s trendy too. “Bold gold appearance, flashy cuts, extra large elongated stones.”
The engagement announcement comes after a source told Entertainment Tonight more than a year ago on May 17, 2024, the couple’s inner circle saw the proposal. At the time, insiders said, “Taylor and Travis are doing amazing things and their loved ones are seeing engagement delayed. They have a great game and there’s no question about that.”
