Larsa Pippen was criticized for looking unrecognizable in her latest Instagram photo.
The “Real Housewives of Miami” star, 52, shared a snap of herself on Thursday posing in a skintight minidress and black stilettos. The reality star let her long blonde hair down in waves and looked at the camera with a confident look on her face.
Behind her was a wonderful view and a picturesque sunset. Pippen captioned the photo with a blue heart emoji.
However, her followers were quick to criticize her for the clearly heavily filtered photo.
“Has anyone seen Larsa? Who is she?” read one comment with over 1,000 likes.
“Lars AI Pippen😂” Another user cracked it.
Some of the more questionable comments include, “So you went into the witness protection program,” and “Girl, which face do we look like now?”
One follower wondered, “Why does she look so good here but not like this on the show?”
But Pippen doesn’t let negativity get her down. Over the weekend, she shared a video on her Instagram Stories of herself wearing a tiny leopard-print bikini and showing off her body in a baby blue workout set at the gym.
Last week, the mother-of-four posted glamorous snaps of herself enjoying a yacht holiday in Saint-Tropez, France.
This isn’t the first time she’s faced questions about her appearance. Back in August 2025, the ex-wife of NBA legend Scottie Pippen addressed a photo that went viral online that appeared to show her face being “over-painted,” but said her swollen appearance was due to an allergic reaction.
“I just shot the[RHOM]reunion a few days ago, so you can see what I look like at the reunion,” she said in a video posted to her Instagram Stories. “I had PRP (platelet-rich plasma).”
“I had an allergic reaction to PRP. I didn’t even know that could happen, so my face is a little swollen, but it doesn’t look like that. So keep hating men,” she added.
According to Penn Medicine, PRP is a treatment that “uses a patient’s own platelets to promote healing and tissue repair.”
