Selena Gomez celebrated her 34th birthday last week. For her special day, she traveled all over Italy with her husband Benny Blanco. A source said Blanco “went out of his way” to plan a series of fun activities and meals for his wife.
This week, Selena Gomez shared photos from her special 34th birthday celebration with husband Benny Blanco. The music producer took a boat trip to Italy to celebrate with Gomez, who was away from her home in Los Angeles filming the latest season of Only Murders in the Building. Mr Gomez primarily lives in London and unfortunately Mr Blanco has an extreme fear of flying, so the couple have had to spend some time apart.
The merry-go-round showcased luxury on a yacht, great al fresco dining, walks through the Old Town and churches, and plenty of PDA.
A source spoke to People and revealed more details about the trip, saying the pair spent time at Ferragamo’s fashion house Il Borro in Tuscany. Blanco was heavily involved in the planning, taking Gomez horseback riding and to fresh pasta dinners.
“Not only did he spend his days on the ship to be with her in England, but he also had plans to celebrate a special birthday for her in Tuscany,” the source said. “He always goes out of his way to make things special for her.”
Blanco himself shared a video on TikTok of an Italian cooking class the couple took together. We made our own dough, pasta, eggplant with Parmesan cheese, and enjoyed homemade meals.
“Let’s cook an Italian feast for my wife’s birthday,” Blanco shared in the video. After taking a bite of Gomez’s dish, he added: “This is the best thing I’ve ever tasted in Italy, and you made it for me.”
Blanco and Gomez married in September 2025.
