Get ready to go back to summer camp! The new trailer for Camp Rock 3 takes audiences into the world of the hit Disney series 18 years after the previous film.
Camp Rock 3, which premieres on Disney Channel on August 13th and the next day on Disney+, will feature the returning cast of Joe Jonas as Shane Grey, Nick Jonas as Nate Gray, Kevin Jonas as Jason Gray, and Maria Canals-Barrera as Connie. The plot is that the band Connect 3 loses the opening act for their reunion tour and ends up returning to Camp Rock several years later to find the best new talent. The official synopsis teases, “Tensions rise, friendships are tested, and unexpected alliances, revelations, and romance emerge as campers vie for the chance to open for their favorite bands.”
New cast members include Cherie Cora, Liamani Segura, Malachi Barton, Rumi Pollak, Hudson Stone, Casey Trotter, Brooklyn Pitts, and Ava Jean. The original film was released in 2008, and a sequel, Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, was released in 2010. This third installment is executive produced by the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato.
The film is directed by Veronica Rodriguez (“Slumber Party”), written by Edie Fay (“Slumber Party”), and produced by Disney Kids & Family. Additional executive producers include Tim Federle (High School Musical: The Musical: The Series), Betsy Salenger, Spencer Berman, and Gary Marsh.

‘Hard Knocks: Training Camp With the Seattle Seahawks’ has a new trailer, featuring the Seattle Seahawks franchise in its first Emmy-winning NFL series.
Since its debut in 2001, “Hard Knocks” has documented the training camps of multiple NFL teams, including the Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Jets, and Los Angeles Rams. This series focuses on the Seahawks’ training camp in Renton, Washington, and is the first to document the defending Super Bowl champions.
The episode will include head coach Mike McDonald, quarterback Sam Darnold, offensive player Jackson Smith-Njiba, and defensive players Devon Witherspoon and Byron Murphy II.
The show will be narrated by Liev Schriever. It will debut on HBO on Tuesday, August 4th at 9pm ET/PT and will be available to stream on HBO Max. Episodes will air every Tuesday until September 1st.

SYFY has cast Edward Aklut in a recurring guest role in Season 3 of The Ark.
Aklut (The Hollow Crown, Rodan) will play Curtis Drake, the leader of Ark Twenty-Two and a second generation clone of Curtis Drake Prime.

The third season of “The Ark” picks up after the crew of Ark 1 establishes a new colony, Homebase 1. Captain Sharon Garnett (Christy Burke) and her team return to space to search for other lost survivors of Earth, while the rest of the team remains in the new colony. Other returning cast members include Reese Ritchie as Spencer Lane and Richard Fleshman as James Bryce.
