On Sunday, Selena Gomez posted a new carousel of recent photos of herself spending a lot of time with friends, family, husband Benny Blanco, and the cast of Only Murders in the Building, including Meryl Streep and Steve Martin.
Some of the photos showed intimate moments of swings and kisses, as well as luxuriating in the long, warm days of summer.
Gomez was in London filming the latest season of Hulu’s hit show last month, but found time to visit the US. She was in New York City for Taylor Swift’s wedding earlier this month. She and Swift are very close friends, and she and Blanco attended both the big ceremony at Madison Square Garden and the more intimate rehearsal dinner the night before.
Gomez also shared photos of her look from the night on the merry-go-round. That night, Gomez wore a sleeveless Oscar de la Renta dress.
Earlier this week, Blanco posted that she was traveling by boat to see Gomez in London in time for Gomez’s birthday on July 22nd. Blanco, a music producer, has a well-documented fear of flying, so it was difficult for him to see his wife while he was away.
“I was scared of flying so I took a video of you crossing the Atlantic on the Titanic to meet my wife,” he wrote on TikTok from the ship.
In the caption, he added, “What we do for love.”
While speaking to Elle in a 2025 interview with Elle Man, Blanco was driving to New York to meet Gomez and said of the plane, “Oh my god, I hate it. It’s scary. I’m in Dallas. I’m driving from Los Angeles to New York.”
