“90 Day Fiancé” star Armando Rubio says he hasn’t “yet gotten the answers he’s been praying for” regarding his daughter Hannah’s hospitalization.
On Thursday, two days after it was revealed that the 13-year-old boy was in the ICU with a brain bleed, the reality star told his Instagram followers, “As I write this, doctors are continuing to run more extensive tests.”
“Neurologists are still investigating what happened to Hannah,” he added. “We hope to have the results of today’s scan tomorrow. If we still don’t have an answer, the medical team will move forward with a more invasive procedure within the next day or two.”
Rubio called the wait “incredibly difficult” and continued, “We remain hopeful and believe that each test brings us one step closer to understanding what is going on.”
Rubio is in Mexico, but his teenager is in an intensive care unit in Phoenix, Arizona, with his mother.
Hanna was taken by ambulance from a small town in Mexico that lacked proper testing equipment to a medical facility in Arizona, then airlifted to the state capital.
Rubio explained to Page Six that his request for temporary humanitarian parole was denied and that he was denied at the border after being told by a U.S. Customs and Border Protection supervisor that parole has not been granted since 2025.
On Wednesday, he shared a glimpse of Hannah’s hospital room via FaceTime, writing, “No updates yet. We are currently preparing for another scan.”
Meanwhile, her husband Kenneth “Kenny” Niedermayer posted from Hannah’s bedside on Thursday.
“Hannah asked me to thank you for the love I am receiving from all of you. She is truly touched and shocked by it all,” he wrote. “It means the world to all of us!”
Niedermayer revealed in his story that he was “in Ohio for a family member’s funeral.”
He and his partner went public with Hannah’s health issues on Tuesday, saying her face was “sagging” and half of her body was “weak.”
Rubio told Us about Hannah being separated from her father “when she needed him the most.”
“Every parent wants to be at their child’s bedside when they’re sick, but not being able to hold their child’s hand or comfort them is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced,” he said.
“I’m doing everything I can to reunite with her, because more than anything she needs her daddy and I need to be with my little girl.”
