Katie Holmes sparked dating rumors after she was photographed holding hands with artist Jason Byrd Yarmoski during a weekend outing.
The two attended the Cinema Society’s screening of Olivia Wilde’s film The Invite at East Hampton Regal UA on Friday night.
An eyewitness to Holmes, 47, and Yarmosky’s date told People magazine that the pair already seemed very into each other.
“He was whispering in her ear and she was laughing. They seemed so comfortable together and had a smile on her face the whole night,” the source added.
“During the movie, they were sitting together and at one point she was resting her head on his shoulder. It looked so cute.”
After the screening, the pair spent the night “chatting with friends” at an afterparty at a boathouse in East Hampton, New York.
A representative for Holmes did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Fans previously suspected a romance was on the horizon with former Dawson’s Creek co-star Joshua Jackson after Holmes liked a comment hinting at the pair in January, but it doesn’t seem like a romance is imminent as the Cruel Intentions star appears to be dating model Olivia Burgess.
But the love the two stars have for each other was made clear in June when they gush about their “precious” relationship while holding hands on the red carpet at the Tribeca Film Festival while promoting their movie “Happy Hour.”
“The time we spent together when we were young is so precious to both of us,” Jackson said in an interview with Cherry the Geek TV last month.
“And that seems to be one of the central relationships in my life, personally and professionally,” he added.
Holmes previously dated Jackson on-screen as Joey Potter and Pacey Whittier, respectively, in Dawson’s Creek. They also had an off-screen relationship that lasted from 1998 to 1999.
The Batman Begins actress famously married Tom Cruise and gave birth to their daughter, Suri Cruise, in April 2006.
After ending her relationship with Cruise in 2012, Holmes dated singer Jamie Foxx for six years. They broke up in 2019.
Holmes has previously been romantically linked to Vitolo heir Emilio Vitolo Jr. in 2020 and musician Bobby Wooten III in 2022.
