Northwoods Theater Group has opened a new venue, Imagine Parker, in Parker, Colorado, filling the gap of a year without a theater in the area.
Scheduled to open this Wednesday, the theater (located 30 minutes outside of Denver) will have 10 auditoriums and be Colorado’s first family-owned chain. According to an official statement, “The completely reimagined 32,000 square foot entertainment facility features luxurious heated recliners, a premium large EMX auditorium, immersive Dolby Atmos sound, 4K projection, an extensive food and beverage menu, a full-service bar, and the company’s first self-order guest experience.”
“Opening our first location in Colorado is an incredibly exciting moment for our entire organization,” Northwoods Theater Group owner John Goldstein said in a statement. “From the beginning, our goal was to create something Parker didn’t have yet: a completely reimagined entertainment destination that combines a premium movie experience, great food and drink, innovative technology, and an atmosphere designed to bring people together. We’re proud of what we’ve built, and we’re excited to finally welcome the community inside.”
Movies opening week include “Toy Story 5,” “Minions and Monsters,” “Supergirl,” “Disclosure Day,” and “Jackass: The Best and Last.”
