“Jersey Shore” star Sammy “Sweetheart” Giancola has denied she is pregnant again following fan speculation over her appearance at Jenny “JWoww” Farley and Zach Carpinello’s surprise wedding earlier this week.
“Guys. I’m not pregnant anymore. It’s so hard to lose this baby weight! 😩,” she wrote in the comment thread of an Instagram photo she shared on Thursday.
At Farley’s wedding on Wednesday, the reality star, 39, posed with the bride and groom and husband Justin May in a sheer floral dress on a photo carousel.
In one snapshot, May appeared to rest her hand lightly on Giancola’s waist. There were also photos celebrating Farley’s big day, posing alongside family and friends.
Fans took to Giancola’s comments, gushing over her look and assuring her that she looked “amazing” at the celebration.
“Girl, you don’t look pregnant at all. That’s amazing!” one person wrote, while another commented: “Dear mama, dear mama, please don’t let those comments and questions get to you.”
A third commented: “You are so amazing!!!! Don’t listen to what people think and be easy on yourself! ❤️❤️❤️.”
Giancola and May got engaged in March 2024, and after suffering a miscarriage during IVF, they welcomed their son, Vincent Keith May, in August 2025.
Giancola and May’s beaming appearance at Farley’s wedding came just six months after the couple tied the knot in December 2025.
Farley and Carpinello exchanged vows Wednesday at Madison Modern Social in Old Bridge, New Jersey, with friends, family and co-stars there to see a special screening of her new film, “The Nanny Come.”
They instead saw the mayor officiating the wedding, according to People magazine.
“The surprise element, family focus, and intimate guest list allowed us to create something personal and meaningful,” Farley told People about the event.
In exclusive comments to Page Six, Farley gushes about the event and the limited guest list for private events.
“Every moment[of the wedding]felt intentional and full of love,” she told Us on Saturday.
“It was a great reminder of how lucky we are to have such wonderful people in our lives. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to start our marriage.”
