Kendall Jenner is “obsessed” with Jacob Elordi and is trying to protect him from the craziness that sometimes comes with dating someone from an A-list reality TV family, a source tells Page Six.
The “Euphoria” crush is “the first guy she’s had a crush on in years,” a source says.
“She’s in no hurry to throw him into the Kardashian machine,” the source continued, adding, “Very few men survive that.”
The private model and “Frankenstein” actor has mostly kept a low profile.
Jenner, Elordi, her sister Kylie, and her boyfriend “Dune” star Timothée Chalamet went on a double date to a Fanatics party in May and were spotted by paparazzi driving around Los Angeles. The couple is said to be trying to avoid the spotlight.
“So we haven’t seen the four of them anywhere else,” the source says.
Jenner has largely kept her family out of the spotlight regarding her past relationships, having previously dated NBA star Devin Booker and rapper Bad Bunny.
The “Saltburn” star herself is no stranger to attracting paparazzi attention. He has previously dated Kaia Gerber and Olivia Jade Giannulli, and has attended red carpet events with both of them.
The pair first started dating in February, but a romantic trip to Hawaii last month reportedly turned their casual romance into a serious relationship.
“Kendall never expected to fall in love with her so quickly, but Hawaii changed everything,” a source said at the time. “They became very close on that trip and it definitely strengthened their bond. Things are getting a lot more serious than she anticipated.”
The two also traveled to Tokyo, Japan earlier this month.
The pair are currently traveling and staying in Brisbane Bay, Australia, just a few hours from his hometown of Brisbane.
