Yolanda Hadid and real estate developer Randy Kendrick are reportedly engaged.
A source close to the couple told TMZ on Tuesday that Kendrick popped the question earlier this week.
It is unknown how long the two have been dating.
Kendrick is the founder and CEO of Xebec, a national industrial logistics real estate platform. He is known for redeveloping large industrial sites into advanced manufacturing campuses, according to his website.
A representative for Hadid did not immediately respond to Page Six for comment.
The news comes about a year after the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum quietly ended her engagement to construction CEO Joseph “Joey” Jingoli.
“They remain friends and only fond memories of their time together remain,” a source told People in June 2025, noting that they broke up in January of the same year.
The ex-lovers met in 2017 when the former Bravo star moved to Pennsylvania and bought his own farm.
In August 2024, news broke that the two had gotten engaged two years earlier.
Hadid later told People that Jingoli got down on one knee and secretly proposed to her during a visit to her native Netherlands.
Early on in their relationship, Hadid revealed that she met Jingori at an unexpected time as she wanted to take time to “heal” following her divorce from David Foster.
“So I really took my time, I didn’t want to date, I didn’t want to meet anyone,” she told People magazine in January 2018, adding that she wanted to be an “independent woman.”
However, Hadid began to “focus” and somehow revealed her romance with Jingori.
“I created a spiral of love, wrote down exactly everything that was important to me in a man, and he magically rang the doorbell on the farm,” she recalled.
Furthermore, she added: “When you meet someone you thought you were going to die, like I thought you were going to die, you have a whole new appreciation for life and you start sharing that, so it’s already a common bond between us.”
Although she has mostly kept their relationship out of the spotlight, the former model gushed about Jingori on Instagram as a 2021 anniversary tribute.
“I’ve been praying for people like you all my life!!” she wrote alongside a collection of loving photos.
“Thank you for being the bright light in my life, the calm in the storm, and the most honorable person I know,” she continued. “Happy 2nd anniversary to Joey Jingoli. I love you and appreciate you.”
Before dating Jingoli, Yolanda was married to Mohamed Hadid from 1994 to 2000 and Foster from 2011 to 2017.
She and Mohamed have two supermodel daughters, Gigi and Bella, and a son, Anwar.
