Reese Witherspoon and Selma Blair reunited to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the release of the iconic film Legally Blonde.
The actresses were all smiles on the red carpet for Prime Video’s “Elle World,” which celebrates Witherspoon’s beloved character Elle Woods, in New York on Saturday.
In true Woods style, Witherspoon, 50, wore an off-the-shoulder pink satin dress from Prada’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection.
She accessorized with a matching pink clutch and wore vintage rose-colored laminate calf leather pumps by Christian Louboutin.
Blair, 53, who played Vivienne Kensington, wore a black and pink Tom Ford dress with Manolo Blahnik heels.
Their co-star Ali Larter, who played the fitness coach they defended in court, also appeared.
Larter wore a black strapless midi dress with pink floral print and heels from Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.
Jennifer Coolidge, who played nail technician Paulette Bonafonte, also turned heads in a leopard-print dress and Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.
Witherspoon’s on-screen husband, Luke Wilson, does not appear to be in attendance.
The film, directed by Robert Luketic, was released in July 2001 and grossed $141,976,594 worldwide, according to Box Office Mojo.
The beloved film tells the story of Woods, who successfully attends Harvard Law School to win back his ex-girlfriend Warner, played by Matthew Davis, who was engaged to Blair’s character.
But as Woods strives to prove Larter’s character innocent of murder, he learns there’s more to her than just a taste for fashion.
A sequel to this film, Legally Blonde 2, was released two years later.
Prime Video is currently gearing up to release a prequel series titled Elle starring Lexi Minnettree as the teenage Elle Woods.
The plot follows Woods as she moves from California to Seattle, where she learns to navigate her new life and friendships.
