New York City Mayor Zoran Mamdani held a championship ticker tape parade for the New York Knicks today, and superfan Timothée Chalamet joined in the celebration. The actor was photographed heading to the parade alone this morning, wearing an orange hoodie and wowing the crowd.
His girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, was not with him on the float or at the championship ceremony at City Hall. Instead, Chalamet was spotted with another special guest, his father. A fan spotted Marc Chalamet celebrating with his son in a light blue Knicks sweatshirt. Father and son were also spotted riding a bus together on their way to the parade.
However, Jenner flew to New York City to be with Chalamet during the week of the celebration. Yesterday, the couple was photographed riding a city bike.
The beautiful entrepreneur has been supporting her partner throughout the Knicks playoffs, and they attend many games together. They have even coordinated their outfits at times, including the matching Chrome Hearts denim set they wore in Game 4 of the NBA Finals.
Jenner has spoken about visiting Chalamet in New York City in the past, saying she enjoys flying under the radar, telling British Vogue in August 2024, “I’ve walked the High Line without anyone noticing.”
She analyzed the clothes she wears to avoid attention and explained that a baseball cap is an important item. “I can do it at an angle where you can’t see my face, and I’m wearing a mask,” she said, adding, “No one has noticed me[in New York]. I’ve been able to get around really well.”
