Rumer Willis was granted primary custody of her and ex Derek Richard Thomas’ daughter Louetta after she accused him of domestic violence.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Thursday, the exes agreed to a custody evaluation and joint custody.
In addition, Thomas received a custody schedule and was allowed biweekly supervised visitation with the 3-year-old starting June 20.
One of Willis’ nannies will be present with Louetta and Thomas, the outlet said.
After that, musicians will be allowed overnight visits without supervision.
The actress, 37, and Thomas, 40, were also ordered to attend co-parenting counseling and communicate through a designated co-parenting platform.
Representatives for Willis and Thomas could not immediately be reached for comment to Page Six.
The ruling comes after Bruce Willis and Demi Moore’s daughter accused Thomas of “constant domestic violence” in a bombshell to the court last month, which he denies.
In the documents, Loomer detailed a “persistent pattern” of “extreme emotional abuse” she experienced in front of her daughter, leading up to her and Thomas’ breakup in 2024.
“He engaged in continued coercive control through long-term, cyclical verbal attacks that he was unable or unwilling to stop,” the “Sorority” star claimed, claiming that she “walks on eggshells” around him.
“(He) was having these types of attacks for over six hours at a time, and it became daily,” she continued. “He wanted to isolate me from my friends and family. He kept calling me a liar for no reason. He always told me I was a bad girlfriend.”
Ruemer said her ex-husband’s decision left Louetta “traumatized” and “crying a lot.”
Moore also supported her daughter’s claims, detailing how in court documents Moore “appeared to want to dictate and control Ms. Rumer’s environment to suit her needs,” and claiming that she heard Thomas “angry and complaining about Ms. Rumer” shortly after their daughter was born in 2023.
However, Thomas vehemently denied the charges against him, saying, “I have never engaged in any form of domestic violence, including any form of active coercive control.”
“(Our) relationship was unhealthy and ended appropriately, but there was no violence, physical or emotional attack, or intimidation on my part,” he continued.
Additionally, Thomas accused Moore of threatening to “destroy” Moore on Louetta’s birthday.
Thomas and Rumer began dating in 2022 and broke up two years later, but their custody battle has been ongoing since last year, when Thomas requested custody and visitation rights for their child in July 2025.
