Talent management company Underscore Talent has announced more than 20 new hires across its comedy division. Sports and outdoor lifestyle. Entertainment; Beauty, Lifestyle, Fashion. and a newly launched specialist division.
The company’s expansion comes amid an evolving media landscape where creators, entertainers, athletes, comedians and professionals are building businesses across content, brand partnerships, live experiences, intellectual property and traditional media.
Leading the new hires is comedy talent manager Ethan Stern, who comes to Underscore after 15 years representing comedians, writers, filmmakers and artists at 3 Arts Entertainment. He also serves as a producer on projects such as “Hannah Einbinder: Everything Must Go,” “Aaron Chen: Funny Garden,” and the upcoming Netflix special “Stamptown.”

Underscore has hired talent managers Gowtham Dhaliwal and Michael Jones to launch a new Experts division supporting founders, professionals, educators and thought leaders.
In the sports and outdoor lifestyle division, Underscore added Tim Warnement as talent director and Ethan Rosenzweig as talent manager. John Henson returns to the company as director of comedy, entertainment and talent and media development across Shorthand Studios. Kamla Pande joins as senior director of talent for beauty, lifestyle and fashion, and Toni Rose Golden joins as director of talent for entertainment.
